广州大学心理学教授，博士生导师， 耶鲁大学高级访问学者，印第安纳大学、伯明翰大学访问学者。中国卫生学会临床与预防学专委会副主任，司法部戒毒专家咨询委员会委员，广东省戒毒委员会特聘常务委员。研究方向：临床实验心理学。主持、主研国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金项目三项；主持完成省部级科研项目四项，省市级科研项目一项；主持完成横向项目四项。获广东省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖一项。在Drug and Alcohol dependence, European Neuropsychopharmacology, Psychiatry research, Frontiers in behavior neuroscience,《心理学报》等中外期刊发表学术论文六十余篇，出版专著两部、译著一部，主编高校教材一部，心理学科普作品三部。
